Residency: Fourth Year
The fourth year of the program (PGY-3 clinical year) has a strong general surgical experience at University and Methodist Hospitals. In addition this level resident participates in the care of patients on the Burn Service at Wishard Hospital, the Thoracic Surgery Service at University Hospital and trauma at Wishard Hospital. There are other clinical electives approved by the Chairman.
